COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Union City, CA. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active California COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Weekend clinical experience required due to weekend schedule (either Saturday or Sunday). Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including adherence to a 14-day cancellation notice policy. Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems commonly used in SNFs.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift pattern: Weekend schedule (either Saturday or Sunday). Workweek guideline: WWG: 36 hours. Assignment start: May start in May (start date provided by client). Cancellation policy: 14-day cancellation notice required by client.
