(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary This position is a warehouse and customer service role where you will comply with company policies and procedures, operate forklifts safely, manage inventory flow, assist members with self‑service technology, maintain safety, oversee merchandising presentation, fulfill club pick‑up orders, handle inventory, operate forklifts, provide technology assistance, promote a culture of belonging, and uphold integrity. You will deliver results while prioritizing the customer and maintaining workplace standards. What You'll Do Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in executing business processes and practices. Operate forklifts following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers while managing inventory flow, following company policy and procedures for utilization of equipment, merchandising, working inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities and completing required paperwork, logs and other documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly zoning, stocking and rotating merchandise; removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods; setting up cleaning, organizing product displays; maintaining modular integrity; receiving, sorting, staging and delivering merchandise; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise; processing defective merchandise; following sanitation and food safety policies; and monitoring shrink, security risks and safety. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders throughout the day, staging products, and ensuring items are selected and staged per company policy; perform occasional audits for accuracy. Handle inventory tasks by moving and displaying goods safely, tracking goods, maintaining in‑stock levels, controlling shrinkage, reporting poor inventory practices, and using inventory tools and equipment safely. Operate and maintain forklifts safely and report conditions or practices in assigned areas; inform management when forklifts are not in proper working order. Proactively identify customers needing help, engage them, assist with technology services, model help, identify shrink opportunities and fix problems; properly maintain equipment and keep products organized. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Primary Location MCKINNEY, TX 75069‑3444, United States of America Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Benefits Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
