Marketing Specialist (Mandarin)

Company Overview :
We are a rapidly growing organization specializing in premium outdoor products, including portable refrigerators and innovative power solutions. As we expand across North America, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive key initiatives, manage timelines, support product launches, and act as a liaison between U.S. and international teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Coordination :
   
   • Plan, track, and manage marketing projects to ensure objectives, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
   • Collaborate with team members to monitor progress, maintain priorities, and troubleshoot potential challenges.
2. Product Launch Support :
   
   • Organize timelines and resources to support new product introductions.
   • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing assets across various teams.
3. Cross-Functional Communication :
   
   • Act as the primary communication bridge between U.S. and international teams, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and task resolution.
   • Facilitate the exchange of marketing collateral, project information, and action items.
4. Asset & Documentation Management :
   
   • Maintain a well-organized archive of marketing assets, project documentation, product info, and shared resources.
   • Ensure marketing materials are consistently updated and readily accessible across the organization.
5. Event & Partnership Coordination :
   
   • Oversee logistics for influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, trade shows, dealer events, and other marketing initiatives.
   • Track samples, coordinate shipments, and monitor project progress for events and partnerships.
6. Administrative & Operational Support :
   
   • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items to completion.
   • Manage marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal workflows to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
   • Assist with day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual Proficiency : Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
• Project Management Expertise : Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills : Clear and professional communication style to connect effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail : Strong ability to follow through, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy in task execution.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) is a plus.
• Education & Experience : A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in marketing or project coordination is highly advantageous.
• Adaptability & Teamwork : Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
