Job Descriptions
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) in Adult Day Care (ADC) assist physical therapists in providing care to patients.
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) in Adult Day Care (ADC) record the resident's responses to treatment and report the outcome of each treatment to the Occupational Therapist.
- Treats the residents in accordance with the care plan after the Occupational Therapist performs the initial evaluation to establish treatment goals, frequency, duration, and specific modalities to be used in accordance
- This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. The employee will be expected to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- NYS COTA License
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must be able to work weekends when needed
