Regional Director of Sales

Focusing on immediate census and revenue growth, the full-time salaried Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, and organize promotional events while working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Generate and maintain sourcing leads in a designated region Organize strategic marketing events to promote the community and brand Train new team members and reinforce the community's brand reputation to achieve occupancy goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven track record in closing sales and leads, with two or more years in a senior sales and marketing environment Experience in new development lease-ups preferred Demonstrated sales experience in senior living or related healthcare environments Schedule flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as needed
