If you have relationship management and credit experience serving real estate clients across a specialized portfolio, we would like to talk to you.Job Description: The Commercial Relationship Manager III – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, to keep us in regulatory compliance. You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved.Education & Experience Requirements: Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years' equivalent experience.
