Behavioral Health Technician

Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support virtual care delivery within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this mission‑driven, tech‑forward role, you’ll assist clinicians by monitoring patients during telehealth sessions, implementing care plans, documenting in EHRs, and coordinating digital touchpoints that keep patients engaged. You’ll use modern tools and data to track outcomes, support safety and de‑escalation, and streamline workflows. Ideal candidates bring behavioral health experience, comfort with technology, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving access to patient‑centered care nationwide.
