Regional General ManagerRESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCE PREFERREDGreat Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our SOUTHEAST REGION. This position would oversee branch locations in GEORGIA, TENNESEE & ALABAMA. This position would require a candidate that is open to regional specific travel up to 50% of the year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the PATIA ENCLOSURES™ sunroom and STANEK™ window products.ResponsibilitiesJob and project management utilizing our in-house CRM systemOversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.P&L responsibility preferred.Experienced in team building and management preferred.Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.Must be process oriented.Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.COMPENSATION:Great Day Improvements LLC offers the successful candidate the following a generous base salary plus bonus/variable compensation.Competitive benefits package including:Health insurance – several options including a company matching HSAVision and Dental plansCompany matching 401(k) PlanShort and long-term disability insurance plansVacation and Holiday payGDI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer#INDGDI
