This full-time occupational therapy position offers engaging diversity, as you’ll work with students from elementary through high school—including two private day schools—providing essential services that foster growth, independence, and participation in school life. The role requires travelling among multiple sites, adding unique variety to your days.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, including COTA supervision, and play a crucial part in ensuring division-wide coverage so every student receives the support they need. Flexibility is key, as caseload needs can shift. A quick start is preferred, aiming for a mid-November launch through the school year's end in June.

Desired Qualifications:
• Active Occupational Therapist license for Virginia
• Experience in school-based OT settings is highly valued
• Familiarity supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Ability to effectively supervise COTAs
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools
• Adaptable approach and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Deliver OT services to a diverse student population across multiple schools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise and support COTAs as needed
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district policies
