Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary Role: Support plasma center operations as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse), reporting to the Center Manager and working under the Center Physician's guidance. Responsibilities Determine donor eligibility through medical history, physical exams, and lab reviews; manage donor adverse events; review test results; notify donors of unsuitable tests; support vaccination programs; manage employee incidents; and assist with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance. Follow SOPs for medical emergencies and refer complex issues to medical leadership. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent, licensed/certified as LPN/LVN, CPR/AED certified, with state-specific IV therapy requirements; at least two years of clinical or hospital experience; and successful completion of FDA-approved training. Familiarity with industry regulations is preferred.
