Supervisory Medical Support AssistantThe Supervisory Medical Support Assistant is responsible for the coordination of MSA assignments and workflow found in an interprofessional coordinated care delivery model. Major duties include, but are not limited to:Assuring coverage of all areas of workEnsuring accurate and timely scheduling of appointmentsProviding guidance to staff members, to include changes in policies and proceduresDistributing and balancing workloadCreating and maintaining employee work schedulesOrienting and providing on-the-job training for new and current employeesEnsuring all training requirements are met; organizing the work structure of assigned areasActing as a liaison between MSA and staff to resolve day to day conflictsWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.Telework: AvailableVirtual: This is not a virtual position.Functional Statement #: 61250-FRelocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not AuthorizedPermanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized
