Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification
- Certified in Early Intervention
- Experience within school settings or pediatrics preferred, though candidates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcomed
- Skilled in teletherapy approaches and in-person services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students, utilizing evidence-based therapy methods
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in team meetings and share expertise to help shape successful student outcomes
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to reach students effectively
- Facilitate early intervention strategies, maximizing developmental opportunities for young children
