About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid Michigan license required Certifications: BCLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in home health nursing - Availability for full week of orientation - Ability to float within specified counties - Compliance with flu vaccination requirement Description: ASAP start needed for backfill. Schedule consists of day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Guaranteed hours per week are 40. No call requirement. Weekend requirement is once every 4 weekends. Daily patient visits range from 5 to 6. Patient age groups include adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and interpretation services. All lab work is expected to be scheduled within 48-72 hours of signing. Background checks are required prior to submission. References are required at the supervisor level. Proof of flu vaccination must be provided. Vaccination exemptions must be submitted within 48 hours of signing the contract.
