Behavioral Health Director of Nursing Opportunity Full Time
MLR is thrilled to present a full-time, permanent opportunity for a dedicated Behavioral Health Director of Nursing to join our client's forward-thinking clinic team in Vancouver, WA, making a significant impact on mental health and patient care!
Key Responsibilities for the Director of Nursing:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to ensure the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, physicians, and administrative staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance the quality of care.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction outcomes.
- Serve as a key leader in strategic planning and program development to advance behavioral health services.
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral or mental health nursing.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards for behavioral health services.
