What You'll Do
As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll be an important part of our agency by providing outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to help customers improve their insurance protection.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Build strong relationships through friendly, responsive, and professional service.
• Answer customer questions and assist with policy changes, billing, renewals, and general account support.
• Learn about Farmers Insurance products and recommend coverage solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities that provide additional value and protection.
• Generate quotes and educate customers about available coverage options and discounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve agency service and growth goals.
