Job Description Director, Inclusion Business Partner - Technology, Product & Corporate Function: Role Overview: The Director, Inclusion Business Partner, serves as a strategic advisor to Technology, Product, and assigned corporate functions, integrating inclusion into business strategy, leadership practices, and day-to-day operations. The role partners with leaders to embed inclusion across product design, development, delivery, enterprise platforms, tools, and operational processes. By influencing decisions, strengthening culture, and connecting ERGs and Inclusion Networks to business priorities, the role turns inclusion efforts into measurable business and talent outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Business-Aligned Inclusion Strategy: Lead the development and execution of inclusion strategies for Technology, Product and assigned CF, ensuring alignment with business objectives, workforce priorities, and enterprise goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to functional, Technology, and Product leaders by shaping decisions, leadership behaviors, and team practices. Embed inclusive approaches across product strategy, design, development, and lifecycle management. Translate business objectives into scalable inclusion interventions that support performance, engagement, and talent outcomes. Advise assigned corporate functions, including Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Communications, to integrate inclusion into functional strategies, policies, governance, customer engagement, operating decisions, and business operations. ERG & Inclusion Network Connectivity (Business Function Scope): Serve as a strategic connector between ERGs, Inclusion Networks, and business leaders to align employee insights with organizational priorities. Guide functional Inclusion Councils, Inclusion Champions, and other designated partners so their priorities and activities align with global inclusion strategy, governance, and direction. Data, Insights & Accountability: Influence leaders to take action based on data, insights and emerging workforce trends Translate insights into executive-ready narratives, recommendations, and action plans. Establish clear success measures, review progress with functional leaders, and recommend course corrections to keep inclusion priorities on track. Cross-Functional Partnership: Advise Technology and Product teams on inclusive design, responsible AI considerations, and equitable user experiences throughout product and platform development. Partners with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Talent, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Regional Inclusion Business Partners to identify and deliver the top one or two inclusion priorities for each function, integrating them into core talent and operating processes. Partner with the function's Business Planning and Operations lead to align inclusion priorities with business plans, clarify ownership, and support effective execution. Leadership & Enablement: Coach functional leaders to translate inclusion priorities into specific leadership actions, team practices, and accountability measures. Model inclusive leadership and strong enterprise partnership. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, organizational development, technology, product management, or a related field. 10 or more years of relevant experience in inclusion, human resources, talent, organizational effectiveness, business partnering, technology, product, or a related discipline, including experience advising senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities and workforce data into practical strategies, executive-ready recommendations, and measurable action plans. Experience leading through influence across complex, matrixed, and global organizations. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion. Advanced degree in human resources, business, organizational development, technology, product management, or related field. Experience partnering directly with Technology, Product, or corporate functions such as Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, or Communications. Working knowledge of inclusive design, responsible AI, digital accessibility, and equitable user experience principles. Experience using workforce analytics, engagement data, and GenAI or digital tools to generate insights, improve workflows, and scale impact. Experience establishing governance, success measures, budgets, or investment frameworks for enterprise inclusion, talent, or employee network initiatives. Proven success coaching leaders, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business, talent, culture, or engagement outcomes.
