Learn more online at corporate.pokemon.com and pokemon.com.Get to know the roleJob Title: Business Intelligence Analyst, FinanceJob Summary: This role will be responsible for deep analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.FLSA Classification (US Only): ExemptPeople Manager: NoWhat you’ll do Build and maintain automated data pipelines extracting financial data from Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)Transform raw data into clean, reporting-ready datasets; monitor pipelines and resolve data issuesDocument data lineage and transformation logicDesign and maintain Tableau dashboards for key financial metricsTranslate Finance/Accounting requirements into technical specs, ensuring consistent metrics across toolsPartner with Finance, Accounting, and Tech teams on reporting needs and prioritiesProvide ad hoc analysis for audits, forecasting, and management reporting; train users on self-service toolsMaintain validation checks reconciling source data to reportsMaintain data dictionaries and documentationDrive automation and data quality improvementsWhat you’ll bring Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertiseBachelor's degree in an analytical field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experienceDemonstrated proficient experience using SQL, Python or other coding languages and ETL tools (i.e. data build tool)Experience using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)Data warehouse architecture and modeling experienceExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle ADW strongly preferredFamiliarity with Databricks and other cloud-based data warehousesExperience with implementing data quality monitoring and alerting systemsExperience with JIRA, Gitlab and ConfluenceBusiness domain knowledge in accounting, finance, IP & royalty strongly preferredBase Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $95,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year. The full range is $95,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
