General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements:

Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube

General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements:

Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures

Endoscopic Procedures Required:

Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible, Bronchoscopy - Rigid, Laryngoscopy

Facial Surgery Procedures Required:

Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts/Flaps

Board Certified - Required

Active VA license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain

BLS/ACLS Certified - Required

Fellowship Trained - HIGHLY PREFERRED
