EA to COO - Strategic Scheduler & Board Liaison

NRECA

NRECA is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant in Arlington, Virginia to provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role demands high level of organization, judgment, and technology skills, with responsibilities including scheduling, travel coordination, and preparing meeting materials. Candidates should have 8+ years of executive support experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
