Direct Support Professional aka Program Associate (Adult program) Hours: Thursday & Friday: 3:00pm- 11:00pmp, Sat. 7:00am-11:00pm Location: Brick, NJ Join Bancroft and make a meaningful impact every day! We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities in a safe, positive, and person-centered environment. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide emotional and behavioral support. You'll be part of a team that values empathy, respect, and quality care.
