Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager you will drive growth by building meaningful partnerships with complex commercial clients. You will play a key role in expanding our presence through strategic business development and trusted financial guidance. This role offers the opportunity to make a strong impact while mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing team. Responsibilities Generate revenue through business development activities with existing clients and new prospects. Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients, including those in specialized industry verticals. Actively market and develop business opportunities across commercial and industrial lending and targeted industry segments. Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within your authority. Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests. Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Manage ongoing credit risk by monitoring loan performance and maintaining accurate risk ratings. Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and strengthen relationships. Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development. Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. 6 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required). Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to develop and manage large, complex client relationships. Excellent at relationship management, presentations, and negotiating successful outcomes. Strong understanding of local markets and how to grow business within them. Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits. Deep knowledge of cash management products and services. Understanding of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.
