Curriculum Coordinator

Overview BASIS Scottsdale is hiring a Curriculum Coordinator for the 2026/2027 school year. The Coordinator supports faculty and staff to fulfill BASIS Ed Schools’ mission, focusing on managing student schedules, teacher substitution records, and assessment administration. Primary Responsibilities Creating and maintaining student schedules. Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g., field trips, term projects). Coordinating BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes. Coordinating assessment administration of external exams. Minimum Qualifications Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of teaching or administrative experience. Experience working with children. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high personal responsibility, and optimism; thrive in a fast‑paced, achievement‑oriented learning environment.
