RSA Archer GRC Production Support Analyst / Archer GRC Operations Specialist

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a RSA Archer GRC Production Support Analyst / Archer GRC Operations Specialist for their Phoenix, AZ/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Production support & incident management
• Production environment support
• Incident, service request, and problem management
• Monitoring jobs, integrations, and workflows
• Release support, patches, upgrades, and validation
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Governance, risk & compliance (GRC)
• Strong understanding of GRC processes
• Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Security domain knowledge
• Governance and compliance best practices
• Stakeholder coordination across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams
• Provide day-to-day operational support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC platform in a production environment.
• Monitor production jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds to ensure platform availability and performance.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Perform platform configuration updates and enhancements following change management processes.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through ITSM processes and tools.
• Support production releases, patches, upgrades, and post-deployment validation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Archer reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT stakeholders to address business requirements.
• Work with Archer vendor support teams for issue resolution and platform improvements.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards and best practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• RSA Archer GRC Platform Administration & Support
• RSA Archer / Archer IRM platform administration
• Platform configuration and maintenance
• User access management (RBAC)
• Reporting, dashboards, and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting RSA Archer or Archer IRM/GRC platforms.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
• Experience with RBAC, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, and data feeds in Archer.
• Knowledge of release management, change management, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 8.00 Years of Experience
