Must-Have:
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
Must be willing to complete training to become certified.
Current home address must be listed for presentation.
Provider must have their own office for seeing patients.


Description:
Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
Providers will have two coverage options:
1. Per diem at their own office.
2. Must be within a specified mile radius of their location.
The role involves conducting one-time non-treatment exams.
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessments including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
No prescribing or treatment is required.
Candidates must have a background in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine with experience in compensation and pension.
Follow-up administrative work will be required on a regular basis.
Photos of the provider's office must be obtained for compliance.
Required facility photos include clinic signage, exam room, waiting room, handicap accessible restroom, and emergency exits.
Candidates must provide basic information regarding their professional background and availability.
