What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative
- Taking inbound calls for current and new customers
- Making outbound calls to current customers with service plans
- Schedule appointments for incoming service calls
- Schedule maintenance appointments for WireNut Home Service service plan members
- Pitch and sell memberships to non-members
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Customer service experience
- Phone skills
- Scheduling skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Outgoing personality
- Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Averaging $19.00 - 27.00/hour (base starting at $19.00/hour) Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on weekly scorecards
