Utilize your expertise in Special Education to manage an engaging caseload of approximately 35 students, ensuring their academic, behavioral, and social goals are met through personalized instruction and thoughtful case management. By working remotely, you’ll deliver high-quality services and collaborate with stakeholders to support compliance, progress monitoring, and program development.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oregon TSPC teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
• Prior experience as a Special Education teacher, either in-person or virtual environments
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
• Exceptional communication skills for partnership with families, staff, and administrators
• Ability to adapt and individualize instructional strategies for diverse learning needs
• Comfort with technology and digital platforms for instruction, documentation, and meetings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Case manage a caseload of approximately 35 special education students, coordinating services and documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging, standards-based virtual instruction tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and service providers for inclusive practices
• Partner with families, providing regular updates on progress and supporting student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
