Warehouse Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Monday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Assist with the processing and manufacturing of animal-feed ingredients.
• Load, unload, move, and handle raw materials and finished products.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation duties.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Safely use forklifts or other material-handling equipment when required.
• Follow all company safety and food/feed-quality requirements.

Warehouse Operator Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass required background and drug/alcohol screening
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as required by production needs

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
