Clinical Director

Clinical Director - Behavioral Health

Location : Minnesota (Regional Travel Required) | Full-Time

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations across multiple programs and sites. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and program development in partnership with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical services to ensure quality, compliance, and best practices
• Supervise program leaders (hiring, training, performance management, evaluations)
• Provide clinical consultation and support to staff and leadership
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, program goals, and growth
• Ensure adherence to state/federal regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards
• Lead audits, certifications, policy development, and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Monitor client care quality and outcomes
• Support crisis response, investigations, and emergent situations
• Travel across service areas and participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
• Active independent MN license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or Psychiatric Nurse)
• 2+ years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred
• Clinical supervision certification (or eligibility) preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $125,000 annually (based on experience)
