CCT Enterprises is growing, and we’re looking for a Precision Swiss Lathe Set-Up Lead to champion quality and efficiency on our 2nd shift. With a Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour schedule, you’ll enjoy a three-day weekend every week while helping us deliver precision parts that matter.

Be the expert who transforms an established job into a stable, repeatable, high-yield process. You’ll set up Swiss-style CNC equipment, validate first-piece quality, and keep production on target—troubleshooting proactively, mentoring teammates, and continuously improving the process.

• Setup excellence: complete setups on established Swiss jobs; install/adjust tooling, holders, guide bushings, bar feeders, and workholding
• Process control: set offsets, perform tool changes, make minor program edits, and verify first-piece to blueprint
• Throughput & quality: monitor tool wear/chatter, correct dimensional variation, and minimize scrap and downtime
• Compliance & documentation: perform in-process inspections, follow ISO/IATF procedures, and keep records accurate
• Problem-solving: troubleshoot setup/machining issues independently and support continuous improvement
• Collaboration & training: communicate with supervisors, quality, and operators; mentor newer operators
• Safety & care: maintain a clean, safe work area; report hazards promptly; understand E‑stop procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of CNC Swiss setup experience with the ability to run independent setups
• Ability to read blueprints and setup docs; skilled with precision measuring equipment
• Working knowledge of tooling, offsets, and speeds/feeds; capable of minor program edits
• Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and self-direction with minimal supervision

• High-volume production background
• Experience on Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or comparable Swiss machines
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability; experience running multiple machines
• Comfort in ISO/IATF manufacturing environments

This role is about independent Swiss setups, hands-on troubleshooting, protecting throughput and quality, and supporting operators and continuous improvement.

This role is not an entry-level operating job, a programming-only role, or a button-pushing assignment.

Hands-on Swiss setup experience is required, along with the ability to support production with minimal supervision.
