Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – apartment property management Responsibilities Conduct daily repairs and upgrades of property buildings and grounds. Prepare vacant units for new occupants. Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment. Ensure all necessary tools are available. Report unusual or extraordinary conditions regarding the property or residents. Maintain a professional appearance and enforce property uniform standards. Operate within OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Be available for on‑call duties. Secure the maintenance shop at the close of each workday. Remove snow and ice as needed. Handle lock‑outs from evictions and provide a 24‑hour response to service requests. Requirements Proficient with hand and power tools. Strong ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Previous property maintenance or handyman experience. Screening: background and drug screening required. Compensation Full‑time: $28.00–$32.00 per hour.
