IT Help Desk Technician

Are you tech-savvy, customer-focused, and great at solving problems? We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide dependable technical support and keep users connected, productive, and secure. This position will turn into a hybrid position. Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person Deliver professional, friendly customer service Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and related systems Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities Support and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Help maintain HIPAA compliance, data security, and system availability Escalate complex technical issues when necessary What We’re Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users Strong attention to detail and documentation Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Previous IT help desk or technical support experience preferred Healthcare IT or EHR experience is a plus You’re someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm when technology isn’t cooperating, and can balance technical know-how with excellent customer service .
