The Role: Supervise the day-to-day operation of the site's cogeneration and utility systems. Lead and develop a team of plant operators. Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety and operational procedures. The Person: Experience within Cogeneration, Power Generation or Industrial Utilities. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of boilers, steam systems, turbines, power generators or related utility equipment.
