Spavia Minnetonka is looking for a Spa Coordinator to join our team. We're an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Minnetonka, MN — and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, isn't afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about connecting guests with services and memberships that fit their lives.
As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. We want someone polished and warm, who treats every guest like they're welcome in our home — and who brings real energy to building those relationships visit after visit.
This is a part-time or full-time position. Saturday availability is required, plus at least one evening shift per week. If you're someone who thrives in a people-first environment and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in its work, we want to hear from you.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, retail, or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable
- Comfortable starting genuine conversations and following through on sales
- Strong multitasker with sharp attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and articulate communicator
- Drug and alcohol free
- Weekend and evening availability required — Saturday shifts are a must
