Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity:

In aerospace, the schedule belongs to physics. Launch windows open and close on their own terms, hardware ships when the integration bay says it ships, and no amount of replanning moves a planetary alignment. Delivering against a deadline that will not move takes a different kind of project manager. That's why we need you.

As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you'll run delivery for programs supporting the nation's space and science mission. You'll coordinate engineers, analysts, and data specialists working at the edge of what's been done before, and you'll own the schedule, the deliverables, and the risk picture across all of it. Your client will trust you to know where the program stands at any moment, to see a slip coming before it lands, and to arrive with the tradeoff already worked through instead of the problem.

Your team will look to you for something else. You'll coach engineers through the hard stretches, clear the blockers they can't clear on their own, and build the kind of trust where people raise a risk while it's still small enough to fix. The engineering earns the headlines. Delivering it on time is your work, and on a mission with one launch window, that's the work that counts.

At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you'll have all the resources to succeed. Work with us as we help our client deliver the missions that can't wait for the next window.

Join us. The world can't wait.
