About the Role:
As a Home Care Coordinator with AlfaBEST Home Care, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the delivery of home care services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service provision Collaborating with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans Managing client records, schedules, and communication Identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during service delivery Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care About AlfaBEST Home Care:
