Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite and/or remote client service delivery.Recruiting for this role ends on 12/20/2026Work you'll doAs a Senior Delivery Lead you will Deliver Back End Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, including Billing and Claims Submission, A/R Follow-up, Denials Management, Payment Posting, and Credits and Refunds, for health care provider clientClient Leadership & Governance-Serve as the senior day-to-day client relationship lead for revenue cycle managed services engagements.-Lead governance forums, executive steering committees, and monthly operating reviews with client stakeholders.-Provide recommendations and guidance regarding operational priorities, performance improvement opportunities, and strategic initiatives.-Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery, operational, and client satisfaction issues.Operational Performance Management-Oversee delivery performance across patient access and financial clearance, billing, accounts receivable, collections, denials management, cash posting, credits, and other revenue cycle functions as applicable.-Establish, monitor, and report on key operational performance indicators.-Drive accountability across delivery teams to achieve performance commitments and continuous improvement goals.Delivery Oversight-Partner with US and offshore delivery leaders to ensure effective execution of operating processes and achievement of business outcomes.-Support resource planning, workforce management, capacity forecasting, and operational readiness activities.-Lead operational decision-making within contractual and governance frameworks.-Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue management.Continuous Improvement & Transformation-Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through process redesign, automation, workflow optimization, and technology enablement.-Develop and execute performance improvement initiatives aligned to client objectives.-Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for operational enhancement.Regulatory & Compliance Support-Help ensure delivery teams operate in accordance with applicable client policies, payer requirements, regulatory expectations, and contractual obligations.-Monitor operational controls and compliance processes within the managed services environment.People LeadershipProvide leadership and coaching to operational managers and delivery teams.Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability building.Foster a culture of accountability, client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.A successful candidate would possess these skills:* Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team* Effective written and verbal communication skills* Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product* Ability to build and sustain professional relationships* Ability to lead projects or workstreams* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment* Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor* Ability to meet deadlines* Ability to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamAI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. We deliver integrated business expertise with scalable, repeatable technology solutions specifically engineered for each sector.QualificationsRequired:10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, managed services, or healthcare outsourcing environments.-Experience leading large-scale revenue cycle operations with responsibility for operational performance and financial outcomes.-Deep expertise in patient access, billing, collections, denials management, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle performance improvement.-Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships.-Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery models and cross-functional operational teams.-Strong financial, analytical, operational, and executive communication skills.-Diverse experience in EMR / Patient Accounting Systems, including 5+ years experience in Epic Revenue Cycle environments*Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent experience * * *Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.*Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:* Previous consulting experience in Healthcare industry* Experience managing multiple projects or workstreamsFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in a remote role, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
