This position is on our Controls Hardware team based in Milwaukee, WI. Over 14–18 months, you’ll rotate through 3–4 teams to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most. Rotate across engineering, operations, product development, and more. Work on real projects that make a measurable impact. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex challenges. Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts. Build problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. Contribute to on‑time project delivery and progress reporting. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field). Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering. Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations. Passion for learning, growth, and long‑term impact. Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement. Strong communication skills‑able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals). Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems. Team‑oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies. Internship or Co‑op experience is a plus.
