We share the space with FRST Strength, a personal training company we frequently collaborate with and refer patients to as they transition beyond physical therapy. Our close relationship with their trainers helps create continuity of care, and our team also has access to their equipment and gym space. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
