Curate Culture Maintain a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey Dedication to customer service, organization, and risk management daily in an effort to enact Climb’s Vision Strong teamwork and communication skills Use the AMGA belay technique at all times Ability to give and receive constructive criticism Display professionalism and a positive attitude Dress according to staff attire standards Details Matter Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach Prepare and execute Summer Camp activities with goal of creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process Set and implement expectations for campers and coaches Ensure areas are set-up and taken apart in-line with hour-to-hour needs Be able to coach at least 5 campers simultaneously Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment Follow-up with parents as needed to ensure expectations are met Follow discipline practices with climbers to ensure expectations are met Qualifications Seasonal, full time summer hours Last minute shifts are often available Based upon experience Climb membership Staff discounts Supervisor Head Coach + General Manager Equal Opportunity Statement Climb is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
