Responsibilities: • • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, ensuring guests always feel welcomed and comfortable. • Support room attendants by efficiently moving and organizing heavy items, fostering a seamless cleaning process. • Restock linen carts and supplies promptly, so our team can focus on delivering exceptional service. • Respond swiftly to guest requests, delivering items to rooms with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement, contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement. • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure adherence to our high cleanliness standards. • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: • • Physical Strength: Must be able to stand for long periods, bend down, and lift heavy weights up to 50–75 pounds. • Schedule: Often requires working flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. • Skills: Basic communication skills and a helpful, friendly attitude toward hotel guests. Compensation: $16.50 - $17 hourly
