Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC preferred. Experience in outpatient settings required. Client prefers clinicians with prior experience providing one-on-one care in outpatient clinics rather than group treatments. Ability to manage a daily caseload of approximately eight patients, providing individualized treatment plans and documentation. Comfort with typical outpatient equipment including therapeutic modalities, exercise equipment, and gait training devices preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Therapy Model: Primarily one-on-one patient care; not group concurrent treatments.
