Sales Consultant

The Mason Automotive Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Consultant who is energetic, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a competitive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will maintain factory testing standards while effectively communicating and managing a book of business. This role requires a self motivated individual who can build strong customer relationships and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment on a repetitive basis. Responsibilities Manage and grow a personal book of business through consistent follow-up and customer engagement. Maintain factory testing standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers. Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve company sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and motivated with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively in a competitive sales environment. Experience in managing a book of business or customer portfolio is preferred. Commitment to maintaining factory testing and product standards. Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
