Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to evaluation results.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
