Insurance Coordinator / Admin Team Lead

Track insurance certificates and support office services, supply ordering, scanning, and front desk coverage. Track tenant, vendor, and property insurance certificate expirations Communicate with tenants, vendors, and managers about expired certificates Scan invoices and maintain office supply processes Assist with receptionist coverage as needed Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organization and follow-through Clear communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams Medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) access with a discretionary year-end company match.
