Childcare Lead Teacher

You will quickly realize that we are more than just a daycare—we are a place where memories are made. Compensation and Hours Compensation: $18 – $20 an hour, based on experience and education. Shift: Monday thru Friday; 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Make every day an adventure in learning. Create fun, out‑of‑the‑box learning moments that children will remember for years to come. Build relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication. Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team. Share the joys of creating a‑ha moments with your co‑workers. Qualifications Natural ability to connect with children (a “kid magnet”). Ability to make learning fun. Positive, upbeat attitude—smile until your cheeks hurt. Flexible and able to multi‑task. Willingness to wear pajamas and crazy hair on special days. Benefits Growth opportunities.
