????What You’ll Do- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the maintenance team
- Coordinate daily maintenance, vendor work, and preventative maintenance
- Oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures
- Conduct property inspections and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies
- Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing, vendors, and invoices
- Assist with budgeting and control maintenance, repair, utility, and capital expenses
- Promote excellent resident service and help drive resident retention
- Participate in the on-call rotation and assist other communities when needed
- High school diploma/GED
- EPA Freon Certification — Type I & II or Universal
- 4–6 years of related maintenance experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
