This role offers opportunities in general production, machine operation, and warehouse support within a busy manufacturing environment. General Production Workers help keep operations running smoothly and safely by assisting with daily tasks, operating basic equipment, and handling materials. Positions are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with limited openings on 3rd shift, and training is provided for many responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse tasks.
• Operate basic equipment and machines, with training provided.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed.

Essential Skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to completing tasks safely and efficiently.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Lift 50-100 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications *not required but beneficial*

• Experience in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
• Familiarity with machine operation or machine operating in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with packaging, packing, and inspection processes .
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Exposure to cleanroom environments.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility where most positions work indoors in production, machine operation, or warehouse areas. There are limited opportunities for hybrid indoor/outdoor roles for those who prefer some outdoor work. Team members work with production machinery, packaging equipment, hand tools, power tools, measuring tools such as tape measures, and material-handling equipment including forklifts where applicable. Shifts are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with limited 3rd shift opportunities, providing options for different scheduling needs. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with clear work instructions and guidelines to support efficient and secure operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in La Crosse,WI.
