Risk Manager

We build long term relationships with our farmer patrons & provide innovative solutions for their agronomic, grain and dry bean commodity marketing and energy needs. Cooperative Elevator Co. is seeking a proactive Risk Manager to safeguard the organization’s assets, reputation, and profitability. The role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks through effective risk management plans and regular audits, while also overseeing credit and accounts receivable for CEC and its subsidiaries and supporting the administration and monitoring of company insurance programs. Our ideal candidate has strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, along with excellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilities. They are detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and bring strong financial analysis and risk assessment expertise. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and at least six years of relevant experience are required.
