Identify and source M&A opportunities in the U.S. local technology, AI, and healthcare sectors. Conduct market research and target screening, and produce preliminary screening analysis reports. Coordinate with third-party advisors including investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms, and prepare reporting materials. Maintain local industry and intermediary relationships, and collaborate with headquarters in China across time zones to ensure project alignment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use them as working languages. Prior hands-on experience in PE, investment banking, or cross-border M&A is preferred. Familiarity with U.S. local M&A transaction procedures is a plus. Experience in tech/AI/healthcare deals is highly desirable. Excellent cross-cultural communication, multitasking, and resilience skills, with the ability to bridge Chinese and U.S. teams.
