Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Jr. Customer Analyst to join their team. As a Jr. Customer Analyst, you will be part of the IT support department supporting business units and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Jr. Customer Analyst Location: Baytown, TX Pay Range: $23 Shift: Days What's the Job? Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units for system development and enhancements Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements Assess emerging IT developments and evolving business needs, recommending suitable system solutions Prepare communications and deliver presentations on system improvements and options Support project managers in executing system-related initiatives What's Needed?
